Catering Quote & Revision Policy

At Monadnock Eats, every catering proposal is thoughtfully prepared based on your guest count, menu selections, staffing needs, rentals, venue logistics, and event details. Creating customized quotes requires significant planning and coordination time from our team.

To provide timely and personalized service to all clients, our catering proposals include:

  • One initial custom quote

  • One complimentary revision

Additional revisions, extensive menu reworking, major guest count changes, venue changes, or multiple pricing scenarios may require an administrative planning fee.

Typical revision/planning fees may include:

  • $25 additional revision fee for standard catering orders

  • $50–$100 planning/revision fee for weddings or large custom events

  • Additional coordination or consultation billed at $50 per hour when extensive planning is required

Please note:

  • Changes to menu selections, service style, staffing, rentals, timelines, or guest count may affect pricing.

  • Requests to significantly reduce an approved budget may require a revised event scope rather than pricing discounts.

  • Dates are not considered reserved until a signed agreement and required deposit are received.

  • Minor quantity adjustments based on final guest count may be made during the final confirmation period, typically approximately one week prior to the event.

  • Revision and planning fees may be credited toward the final invoice for booked events at Monadnock Eats’ discretion.
